The Humans Behind
the Engines
Everyone celebrates the leap. No one prepares you for the year you land on your face and keep walking.
A company is not built by a product roadmap. It is built by the people who keep showing up when the roadmap is wrong, the bank account is tight, and the path forward is unclear.
Everyone on this page has been through the real version of that. We have 286 DealVue customers, an NSC Top 10 award for SafetyVue, and enterprise deals in progress. None of that happened in a comfortable straight line. These are the people who made it happen anyway.

Executive & Technical Leadership

Tim Wolter
Founder & CEO
Career construction operator turned technology founder. Tim spent over 15 years directing enterprise technology deployments and large-scale industrial projects before building AvantVue. After watching a close friend survive a near-fatal fall and seeing the financial aftermath — over $4M in delays and insurance spikes from a single incident — he built SafetyVue. DealVue followed, powered by the same Axion AEOS engine he engineered from the ground up. Today he leads the holding company and both its commercial products.
- Founder & CEO, AvantVue Holdings
- Architect of Axion AEOS™, SafetyVue® & DealVue®
- Entrepreneur in Residence, Amplify Louisville
- Excellence in Technology for Leadership Award (2025)
Chelsie Wolter
CPO & Co-Founder, SafetyVue
Chelsie’s background is in nursing. Healthcare is entirely about human empathy, active listening, and building trust in high-stakes environments. She brings that clinical discipline to product strategy — mapping how real workers think under pressure, not how software developers assume they do. As an active member of the National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC) and the driving force behind SafetyVue’s WBENC certification, she is the voice of the customer and the reason the product is built by and for the professionals who use it.
- Chief Product Officer, SafetyVue®
- NAWIC Member — National Association of Women in Construction
- Architect of SafetyVue WBENC Certification
- Voice of the Customer & Clinical UX Frameworks

In Honor of
"The Hidden Partner"
True authorship requires recognizing the foundational forces that keep the engine warm when there is no audience. There is a vital part of our operational core who chooses to remain unnamed—a sovereign choice respected due to external sensitivities.
"Your fingerprints are deeply embedded in every line of this journey. This mission does not scale without your defiant continuity."
A Perpetual Record of Dedication
The Standard of the Arena
Respect
- // For Honest Labor: From jobsite sweat to clean code in the dark.
- // For the Invisible Team: The crews who endure the heavy cost without the spotlight.
- // For Ourselves: We refuse to turn our mission into an act for a check.
Don't Give Up
- // Facing the Bull: Study exactly what threw you so you survive the next ride.
- // Defiant Continuity: The quiet choice to take one more step when quitting is reasonable.
- // Absolute Tenacity: Setbacks are required friction to refine the spine of the company.
Show Up
- // In the Hard Chapters: Leading when everything is actively on fire.
- // Zero Urgency Theater: We reject the false hustle of using busyness as a shield.
- // In Full Presence: Separating the chaos of startup from the sanctity of home.
