Not a consultancy.
A holding company
with live products.
AvantVue is the parent company behind DealVue and SafetyVue. Both are commercially active AI platforms. Both run on the same engine — Axion AEOS™. This page explains the structure, the evidence, and the reasoning behind how we built it.
Four things we believe
that explain everything we build.
We build inside industries we already understand.
Tim Wolter spent 15 years in heavy construction and operations management. Chelsie Wolter's background is in clinical nursing. SafetyVue was built by people who have walked active job sites, not people who have studied them from conference rooms. DealVue was built by people who have sat inside the private capital stack, not people who have read pitch decks about it.
We prove everything in production before we scale it.
Axion AEOS™ was not pitched to investors before it was deployed. It was built internally and put to work inside DealVue and SafetyVue first. The commercial products are the stress test. What you see in the portfolio is what survived contact with reality — not what looked good in a slide.
We use one platform engine across both products.
Every AEOS deployment — whether inside a data room or on an active job site — runs on the same core orchestration layer, model routing, and hallucination shields. That is not an accident. It is a deliberate architectural decision that keeps gross margins high and allows us to apply production learnings from one vertical to the other.
We measure outcomes, not effort.
A safety record is either clean or it is not. A capital data room is either audit-ready or it is not. We do not sell hours or advisory retainers. We build tools that produce a measurable, verifiable outcome — and we stand behind those outcomes with our own name on the platform.
Everything we said we'd do,
we've done.
Tim Wolter incorporates AvantVue Holdings. The original thesis: build internal AI infrastructure, then deploy it commercially across two verticals he understood from the inside — private capital and industrial safety.
DealVue launches in closed beta, powered by the Axion AEOS™ operating system. The platform gives founders and investors a single, audit-ready view of their deal pipeline and capital data.
DealVue formally incorporates two months before winning the Kentucky Inno Top 25 Startups to Watch award — the fastest path from incorporation to statewide recognition in the portfolio.
DealVue crosses 286 paying customers. Stripe-verified. The platform has zero reliance on paid acquisition — growth has been entirely through operator networks and direct founder outreach.
SafetyVue completes a hard pivot from VR simulation to XR glasses — moving from simulated training environments to live, on-site augmented reality compliance. The shift is driven by enterprise customer demand from the field.
The National Safety Council recognizes SafetyVue as a Top 10 safety technology. WBENC certification secured. LOIs and enterprise contracts in active negotiation as the product moves beyond pilots.
One holding company.
One engine. Two products.
The portfolio is the pitch.
Two live products. Two active customer bases. One platform engine — commercially tested in two different industries before we talk to anyone about scaling it externally.
